• Made-to-order items will go into production immediately and are typically ready to ship within 7 days.

Estimated Shipping Times
Although we ship directly from our factory, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
• West Coast: We use Mason and ZIM Express vessels. Shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks to reach port, with final delivery about 1 week after customs clearance.
• East Coast and Central US: Shipping takes approximately 3–5 weeks to port, followed by customs and delivery in about 1 additional week.
Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to port congestion or customs processing, which are outside our control.
