- Excellent packaging but unpacking requires cautionThe sofa arrived very well packaged with a sturdy wooden frame that ensured it was protected during shipping. However, unpacking was quite challenging—I had to use a power saw to open the crate. Unfortunately, I accidentally cut a small spot on the leather due to applying too much force, which was really disappointing. Aside from that, the sofa itself is beautiful and high quality. Just be very careful when unpacking!
